Residential project located in the Barcelona and designed by Factoria UDA's architecture studio in a project commissioned by french real estate group Emerige.
The building, formerly an office building builded in the 60s, has been rehabilitated and now has 8 floor high and a total of 24 prestigious apartments within the city's Sant Gervasi neighborhood.
With a refined and contemporary design, the apartments have top quality materials inside and respond to criteria of comfort and comfort with lots of natural light.
In order to regulate the entry of solar radiation, the architecture studio decided to use our CL 35 Series Gradpanel aluminum lattices to contribute to the comfort, aesthetics and energy efficiency of the building.
